For regular paper registration fees:
*Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students (UG, PG, and Ph.D.) must have a full-time registration at a UGC/AICTE-approved institute.
^Academicians must be a full-time regular faculty member of a UGC/AICTE-approved institute.
~Registration fees for students, scholars, and researchers from Afghanistan are 7000 INR for regular papers.
#Registration fees of the students from BRICS nations and others are in USD ($). Russian researchers can pay the fees in the INR equivalent amount.
For the second paper, the Indian author needs to pay another INR 8000. The non-Indian author must spend another USD 180 along with the first complete paper registration. For more than two accepted papers, the registered author needs to pay INR 7000/USD 150 for each of the remaining papers. We allow only one extra page at an additional charge of INR 1500 (Indian) or USD 50 (others).

Free pass to attend Pre-Conference Workshop/Unconference/Tutorials.

Allow to attend all sessions of Keynote speeches, and Technical programs.

Participants will receive breakfast, tea, and lunch from 12th to 14th March 2026, along with a laptop bag that includes a notepad and pen.
**The conference kit will not be sent to the authors who opted for the ONLINE presentation. They will receive the presentation certificate and authorship certificate through the registered mail ID by 20th March 2026.
NOTE: There is no special discount for students and faculty from the host institute(s). Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.
An author's registration at the conference is mandatory to have the paper included in the conference program and the proceedings. i.e., attendee registration does not entitle one to IEEE Xplore paper publication.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee on or before 10th January 2026. Late registration will not be permitted. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the final program for presentation and IEEE Xplore publication.

Transferring money from your bank account to "KIIT CINE" bank account can be done via UPI (e.g., BHIM, Google pay, PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)

One method for foreign authors to pay the registration fees is as follows:
1. Create a PayPal** account.
2. Connect your card with PayPal account.
3. Pay the registration fees to CINE 2026 (KIIT CINE) bank account.
